This policy explains what TMMT Auto Services LLC ("TMMT," "we," "us") collects when you use the TMMT Operator platform, why we collect it, and what we do and don't do with it.
The short version
We collect what we need to run your account and nothing more. We do not sell your personal information. We never see your full card number. We do not collect consumer credit reports.
1. What We Collect
| Category | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Account information | Name, email, phone, business name, city | To create and support your account |
| Billing information | Subscription status, amounts, dates, last 4 digits and card brand | To bill you and keep records |
| Usage data | Logins, features used, token consumption, curriculum progress | To operate the Platform, meter tokens, and provide support |
| Content you create | Notes, records, and materials you enter | To provide the service to you |
| Technical data | IP address, browser type, timestamps | Security, fraud prevention, debugging |
| Communications | Emails and texts between us | Support and record-keeping |
2. What We Do Not Collect
Stated plainly, because it matters:
- We never receive or store your full payment card number. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party processor. Card data goes to them, not to us.
- We do not obtain, pull, store, or resell consumer credit reports or credit scores.
- We do not collect your clients' personal information. If you serve clients through your own business, that data is yours and you are its controller — see Section 6.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The Platform is for business use by adults.
3. How We Use It
To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Platform; to bill you; to answer your questions; to send service and billing notices; to detect fraud and abuse; and to comply with law. That's the complete list.
4. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have never done so and have no plans to.
5. Who We Share It With
Only these, and only as needed:
- Service providers who run parts of our infrastructure — payment processing, hosting, database, email and messaging delivery — under contracts limiting them to our instructions.
- Legal — if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of TMMT or others.
- Business transfer — if the business is sold or reorganized, your information may transfer with it; this policy continues to apply until you're told otherwise.
6. Your Clients' Data — You Are the Controller
If you use the Platform to serve your own clients, you determine what data you collect from them and why. In that relationship you are the data controller and TMMT is a processor acting on your instructions. You are responsible for your own privacy notices, consents, and legal obligations to your clients. Operators cannot access other operators' data or TMMT's customer records.
7. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, row-level database isolation between accounts, and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure and we won't claim otherwise — but if a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you as required by law and without unreasonable delay.
8. How Long We Keep It
Account and content data: for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable wind-down period. Billing and tax records: as long as required by law (generally up to 7 years). You may request deletion (Section 9); we will honor it except where we must retain records by law.
9. Your Rights
Whatever state or country you're in, we extend these to everyone who asks:
- Access — get a copy of what we hold about you
- Correct — fix anything inaccurate
- Delete — have your personal information erased, subject to legal retention
- Export — receive your data in a portable format
- Opt out — stop marketing messages at any time
Email management@tmmtrentals.com. We respond within 30 days and we will not retaliate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Virginia residents have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, and residents of other states may have rights under their own laws, including the right to appeal a denied request. To appeal, reply to our response and write "Appeal."
10. Communications
We send service and billing messages while your account is active — these aren't marketing and you can't opt out of them while subscribed. Marketing messages require your opt-in, and every message includes a way out: reply STOP to texts, unsubscribe in emails. We honor opt-outs promptly and permanently.
11. Cookies
We use only cookies necessary to keep you logged in and to keep the site secure. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
12. Changes
If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and notify active subscribers by email before it takes effect.
